Buchanan & Edwards board adds former KeyW CEO

Buchanan & Edwards said Monday that its board of directors has a elected a new member in Bill Weber, most recently CEO of the former KeyW Corp.

Weber led KeyW through a three-year transformation in the leadup to its sale to Jacobs last year.

Prior to KeyW, the three-decade market veteran was president and chief operating officer of federal technology services provider XLA.
