Anne Altman joins Gunnison board

Former IBM federal chief Anne Altman joins the board of directors at Gunnison Consulting Group.

Anne Altman, former IBM U.S. federal leader, has joined the board of directors at government services company Gunnison Consulting Group.

Gunnison sought Altman's experience and knowledge in the adoption and scaling of new and emerging technologies at agencies, the company said Monday.

Altman is also currently chairman of Siemens Government Technologies’ board of directors and is an independent director on the boards of Maximus, SPX Flow and Techflow.

Her 35-year career at IBM also included a stint as leader of Big Blue’s global public sector unit.

She received our sister publication FCW’s Eagle award in 2005 for her contributions to the public sector as an executive in industry.
