How Parsons plans to leverage its IPO

Chuck Harrington, chairman and CEO of Parsons, shares the strategy behind their move to the public markets after 35 years as an employee-owned company.

He talks about the initial public offering process and what that was like, but also why it was important for the company to make that move as it targets growth in key federal market sectors.

The company has been active acquirer in recent years and undertook the IPO partly to add fuel for more deals. Harrington shares this and more in the conversation with Senior Staff Writer Ross Wilkers.
