IRS releases draft RFP for IT support

The Internal Revenue Service is planning a five-year contract for IT program support.

The Internal Revenue Service released a draft request for proposals for an anticipated five-year IT program support contract.

Through the contract, the IRS seeks professional expertise to provide end-to-end program management support to deliver enterprise-level IT capabilities. The IRS needs a company to provide the various services that will aid program technical and management approaches, and organizational resources and management controls.

The IRS IT EPMO offers support services to provide IT operations support, oversight of program implementations, and ensure compliance.

The IRS released the sources sought notice Jan. 24. Responses are due by Feb. 26.
