SHI International to provide Microsoft software assurance under $13.7M option

SHI International Corp. has been awarded a $13.7 million contract option to support the Defense Logistics Agency’s Microsoft software.

SHI International Corp. has been awarded a $13.7 million contract option to support the Defense Logistics Agency’s Microsoft software.

Under the option—the first of a one-year base contract with three option years—SHI International will provide Microsoft software assurance and license subscription services. The company specializes in computer software, hardware, and IT solutions.

The option brings the total value of the contract to $14.8 million, the Defense Department said in a release.

Work is expected to be completed in January 2018.
