Lockheed Martin appoints new VP for International Government Affairs, Operations

Lockheed Martin has named David Trulio vice president for International Government Affairs, Operations and regional executive for Latin America.

Lockheed Martin has named David Trulio vice president for International Government Affairs, Operations and regional executive for Latin America.

Trulio’s appointment is within the company’s International organization.

In his new role, Trulio will shape the strategy to develop Lockheed Martin’s presence in Latin America, managing relationships with stakeholders in the region.  He will also oversee international government affairs and be responsible for day-to-day operations of the company’s International headquarters.

Trulio joins Lockheed Martin from Raytheon, where he most recently served as director of operations for Raytheon International. Before Raytheon, he served as a special assistant to the President and the executive secretary of the Homeland Security Council from 2006 to 2008.
