PSS boosts intelligence footprint with latest acquisition

Preferred Systems Solutions has bolstered its presence in the intelligence market with its latest acquisition of Synaptic Solutions.

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

PSS’ latest acquisition marks its sixth in the past 30 months, the company said in a release. The acquisitions have expanded PSS’ professional services core capabilities and presence in a broad spectrum of national security programs.

Synaptic Solutions owners and  founders Josh Cury and Derrick Henley will join PSS’ National Security Group.
