Library of Congress awards $40M IT IDIQ

Three companies were awarded spots on a five-year, $40 million contract to support the Library of Congress (LOC) with IT management and governance support services.

The Ambit Group LLC, Grant Thornton LLP, and Logistics Management Institute are a part of the multiple-award indefinite-delivery indefinite-quantity contract.

The companies will provide a range of services, largely focused on enterprise architecture. They will define a standard EA development methodology for the future state of the LOC as well as transition plans. They will also develop a sample EA iteration for the LOC. In addition, they will work on task management and training.

The Library of Congress announced the award Sept. 21.
