Zero Point wins $49M contract to support SOCOM

Zero Point Inc. has been awarded a $49 million contract to provide technical and programmatic assistance to the U.S. Special Operations Command.

Under the five-year contract, Zero Point will lead training for radio-controlled improvised explosive devices, electronic countermeasures, systems analysis, engineering support and strategic project support, the Defense Department said in a release.

The majority of the work will be performed at the Aberdeen Training Facility in Fort Bragg, N.C., but other services may be performed at other locations specified in individual task orders. Work is expected to be complete in June 2022.
