CGI wins $32M contract to continue visa processing support

CGI has won a $32 million contract to continue working with the State Department’s Bureau of Consular Affairs to offer visa processing support services in Russia, Kazakhstan and Mongolia.

Under the contract, CGI will assist the government with visa processing, information distribution, document delivery and greeter services. This will help the State Department to strengthen borders and offer more consistent service levels, the company said in a release.

The contract has four one-year extensions. CGI has supported the State Department in this area for the last five years, said CGI Federal President Tim Hurlebaus in a release.
