NCI wins $4.9M task order to continue data implementation for IRS

NCI Inc. has won a $4.9 million task order for architecture and engineering services to streamline data processing and continue data implementation for the Internal Revenue Service.

The task order for a 12-month period was awarded under NCI’s TIPSS-4 contract, which the company won in December 2010.

Under the task order, NCI will develop architecture models, engineer documentation for the IRS Return Review Program and work to strengthen fraud detection and compliance needs in programs under the Return Review Program, the company said in a release.
