Booz Allen CFO announces retirement
Booz Allen Hamilton has appointed Lloyd Howell chief financial officer, replacing Kevin Cook, who is retiring after 23 years with the company.
Booz Allen Hamilton has appointed Lloyd Howell chief financial officer, replacing Kevin Cook, who plans on retiring after 23 years with the company.
Cook played a big role in the company’s separation of its government and commercial businesses in 2008 and its initial public offering in 2010.
Howell is currently executive vice president, where he leads delivery the company’s strategic, technology and analytic capabilities to federal civilian and commercial customers.
Cook also held the position of principal accounting officer, which will be filled by Laura Adams.
Both appointments are effective July 1.
