Harris wins $800M contract to support Army Research Lab

Harris Corp. has won an $800 million contract to support the Army Research Laboratory.

The Army Research Laboratory develops and supports advanced technology to enable government agencies to counteract and defeat threats, Harris said in a release.

Under the contract, Harris will provide expeditionary warfare products and services.

The company said the contract was awarded under the Advanced Expeditionary Warfare Development contract vehicle, which provides research and advanced technology and systems for demonstration, validation and operations in expeditionary and Special Forces operations.
