Sikorsky Aircraft Corp. wins $833.3M sustainment contract

Sikorsky Aircraft Corp. has won an $833.3 million contract modification to provide the Army with a number of sustainment services.
Under the contract, Sikorsky will provide fixed sustaining, program management/systems engineering sustaining, provisioning, technical publications, integrated logistics support, and advance procurement funding, the Defense Department said in a release.
Work will be performed in Stratford, Conn., and is expected to be completed in December 2016.
Sikorsky is now part of Lockheed Martin.
