PAE captures $69.2M option for engineering, O&M services

PAE Applied Technologies has won a $69.2 million option to provide the Navy with range engineering and operations and maintenance services.

Under the contract, PAE will provide system operations, testing, marine operations and target support services, engineering and data reduction and analysis, the Defense Department said in a release.

The contract will support the Atlantic Test Range and the Atlantic Targets and Marine Operations Division of the Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division.

Work will be performed in Patuxent River, Md., and is slated to wrap up in September 2016.

Great WIN? I wonder when we started to consider priced options being exercised as a WIN? Somewhat invalidates all award notices when you have to guess at what really happened.
