FCW extends deadline for 2015 Rising Star awards

FCW has extended its nomination period for the 2015 Rising Star awards, honoring women and men who, even in the early stages of their federal IT careers, are having an impact far above their pay grade.

The deadline is now July 9.

These individuals already show clear signs of being leaders in the community in the years to come, FCW said in an announcement.

Nominees can come from government, private sector, academia or from non-profits, but all must be actively involved in the community and in the first 10 years of their federal IT careers.

More information on the nomination process can be found here.
