KCG wins $29M task order under DHS $6B CDM contract

Knowledge Consulting Group has won a $29 million task order to integrate tools, sensors and Continuous Monitoring as a Service capabilities.

Knowledge Consulting Group has won a $29 million task order to integrate tools, sensors and continuous monitoring as a service capabilities.

The task order was awarded under the Homeland Security’s $6 billion Continuous Diagnostics and Mitigation Program contract, which got underway in August 2013.

Under the task order, KCG will design, build and operate a continuous monitoring as a service solution for the Homeland Security Department and its components that will integrate with the department’s information system security risk management process, KCG said in a release.

The company’s team under the order will consist of:

  • Axxum Technologies
  • Cloudburst Security
  • Defense Point Security
  • Govplace
  • IBM
  • Knight Point Systems
