Northrop Grumman has won a $6.9 million contract to help the Air Force meet the requirements of the risk management framework.
The Risk Management Framework is the unified information security framework for the entire federal government that is replacing the legacy Certification and Accreditation processes within federal government departments and agencies, the Department of Defense and the Intelligence Community.
Under the contract, Northrop Grumman will help the Air Force meet the cybersecurity requirements under the risk management framework, the Defense Department said in a release.
