Northrop names new head of group within Australia business

Northrop Grumman has named Tony Marceddo head of Northrop Grumman M5 within the company’s Australia business.

Northrop Grumman M5 was formed after the company acquired M5 Network Security in August 2012.

As head of Northrop Grumman M5, Marceddo will lead the ongoing development and expansion of the company’s Australian portfolio of secure communications capabilities and deepening capabilities and capacity across broad-based cyber services and cyber consultancy offerings, the company said in a release.

He joins Northrop Grumman from Raytheon Australia. He has spent most of his career in the intelligence and security fields of the Australia Defence Department, Northrop said.
