Northrop Grumman closes deal with M5 Security

Northrop Grumman Corp. has completed its acquisition of M5 Security Pty Ltd, the company said today.

Based in Canberra, Australia, M5 Network Security is a cybersecurity and secure mobile communications products and services provider. It also provides advanced analytics to Australian military and intelligence organizations, Northrop Grumman said.

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
