CACI bolsters BD efforts with two new hires

Both Fulop, Zimmerman come from other big firms

CACI International has made two strategic hires to support the company’s focus on business development.

Donald Fulop will serve as the company’s executive vice president for business development, and Suzan Zimmerman will serve as senior vice president, Strategic Campaigns.

Fulop will report to CACI president and CEO, Ken Asbury.

He comes to CACI from Lockheed Martin, where he served as vice president of business development. As vice president of business development at Lockheed, he was responsible for all aspects of business development, including operations and strategic planning, CACI said in a release. Before Lockheed Martin, Fulop worked at Harris Corp. as a program manager and director.

Asbury also is a former Lockheed Martin executive.

In her new role, Zimmerman will lead the company’s business development focus on evaluating, bidding and capturing large market opportunities.

She was previously senior vice president for corporate development for QinetiQ North America, where she was responsible for managing business development for defense customers and other agencies. Before QinetiQ North America, Zimmerman was a senior vice president at SAIC.
