Old tech wastes billions in health care costs

U.S. hospitals are losing around $8.3 billion a year by using old technology, 9News.com reported.

Lost productivity and increased patient discharge times are the main contributing factors to the losses.

If hospitals are to make changes, they need to make them now and realize that these changes can’t be made overnight.
