MandA best private equity deal

: Novetta Solutions: International Biometric Group, White Cliffs Consulting and FGM Inc. $26 million for White Cliffs Consulting; data not available for the other two: Sept. 20 for International Biometric, Aug. 27 for White Cliffs and March 21 for FGM Novetta Solutions was born in March when the private equity group Arlington Capital acquired FGM and promptly merged it with White Oak Technologies, a company it had acquired previously. A buying spree ensued with two more deals in the next six months. Novetta has quickly become a recognized provider of data analytics, identity intelligence and cybersecurity services to intelligence, defense and homeland security customers.
