Best Intelligence Deal

Buyer: KEYW Corp.
Seller/Target: Poole and Associates
Closing date: Oct. 2
Value: $126 million
Why: KEYW makes a second appearance on the list of top deals because the Poole acquisition is seen as such an important one. Poole had just won a five-year, $150 million contract with an intelligence customer, which the company cannot name. KEYW said the customer is one of its most important clients and has a significant growth potential with the company. Poole is expected to add $90 million in new revenue to KEYW.
