CACI completes acquisition of consulting firm

CACI International completed its stock purchase of the Institute for Quality Management Inc.

CACI International Inc. completed its stock purchase of the Institute for Quality Management Inc., a provider of performance management consulting and operational support services to the intelligence community and homeland security markets.

IQM, based in Fairfax, Va., offers solutions in organizational performance management, organizational development and training; financial and program management; process improvement; and intelligence production. CACI announced its intention to acquire the company in mid-May, and announced its completion May 31.

Most IQM employees hold Top Secret clearances with special accesses. Major clients include national intelligence agencies, the Department of Defense and the Department of Homeland Security.

Arlington, Va.-based CACI ranks No. 22 on Washington Technology's 2007 Top 100 list of the largest federal government prime contractors.
