Renato DiPentima will resign as chief executive officer and president of SRA International Inc. After 12 years with the company and another 32 years in government, DiPentima said it was time to slow down. He'll work part-time for SRA and continue on the company's board.

The Fairfax, Va.-based integrator named Stanton Sloane as DiPentima's successor. Sloane most recently was with Lockheed Martin Corp., where he had been executive vice president for Integrated Systems and Solutions, a $4 billion unit of the company.

The hiring of Sloane fits with SRA's strategy to become a multibillion-dollar company, said SRA Chairman Ernst Volgenau. The company is expecting 2007 revenue of $1.26 billion to $1.29 billion.

Meanwhile, Lockheed Martin has combined Sloane's old unit, Integrated Systems and Solutions, with its Information Technology and Global Services unit. The new organization is called Information Systems and Global Services and Linda Gooden will be at the helm. She was executive vice president of the IT and Global Services unit before the reorganization.
