ICF International Inc. has closed its second acquisition in two weeks with the purchase of Advanced Performance Consulting Group.
APCG is a 29-person consulting firm in Washington that helps agencies develop strategies, improve enterprise performance, manage change, support employees and communicate, ICF said.
Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. Kymm McCabe, president and CEO of APCG, and Ngozi Irondi, co-CEO and vice president of APCG, will continue to run the business as a unit of ICF.
APCG customers include the Defense Information Systems Agency, Energy Department, Indian Health Service and the Air Force, Army and Navy.
The investment bank Stifel, Nicolaus & Co. acted as an adviser to APCG.
The acquisition of APCG follows the Jan. 10 announcement of the acquisition of Energy and Environmental Analysis Inc., a 27-person consulting firm that specializes in energy market analyses, modeling, transportation and energy technology and environmental advisory services. Terms of that deal also were not disclosed.
