Maximus keeps Colorado health care enrollment work

Maximus Inc. will continue managing a Medicaid enrollment program for the Colorado Health Care Policy and Financing Department.

Maximus Inc. will continue managing a Medicaid enrollment program for the Colorado Health Care Policy and Financing Department through a contract worth about $4.7 million over four and one-half years.

Under the contract, Maximus of Reston, Va., will furnish managed care education and enrollment services for Colorado's Medicaid program. The program delivers services to more than 400,000 Medicaid clients statewide via a central processing facility located in Denver.

Maximus has provided Medicaid enrollment services to the Centennial State since 1998. The company currently handles enrollment broker services in 10 states, one of which is Colorado.

Maximus has more than 5,200 employees and had annual sales of $647.5 million in fiscal 2005.
