Military Sealift Command taps SRA for support work

SRA International Inc. won a $108.5 million contract from the Navy's Military Sealift Command for a wide range of IT support services.
SRA of Fairfax, Va., will furnish project management, administration and management of the afloat network operations center, afloat operations support, hardware and software upgrades and integration, and user training. The afloat operations support includes infrastructure and communications work.
SRA's team includes Advanced Information Systems Group Inc., Anteon International Corp., Cambridge Communications Systems Inc., Capstone Corp., Cyberspace Technologies International Inc., GlobalSat, InScope, Mercomms Unlimited Inc., Milvets Systems Technology Inc., and Webster Data Communications Inc.
SRA has more than 4,800 employees and had annual revenue of $881.8 million in fiscal 2004. The company ranks
No. 27 on Washington Technology's 2005
Top 100 list of federal prime contractors.
