DISA taps Pragmatics for customer service support

Pragmatics Inc. won a task order to provide professional consulting and IT services to the Defense Information Systems Agency's customer service management team.

Pragmatics Inc. won a $5.6 million customer service management task order from the Defense Information Systems Agency.

Under the task order, Pragmatics of McLean, Va., will provide professional consulting and IT services for DISA's Denver customer service management team.

The range of services includes requirements, planning, implementation and technical support. Pragmatics also will provide integrated customer and operations management support capabilities to DISA's operations support teams and their customers.

The task order was awarded under an existing Pragmatics' contract with DISA. BearingPoint Inc. of McLean, Va., will provide subcontracted services under the task order.

Pragmatics is a private, employee-owned company that provides IT services to federal military and civilian agencies and to prime contractors for federal IT programs.
