Techies of the future<@VM>The game of life

Students of Oakton, Va., High School took part in Nortel PEC's Technology Exchange Aug. 3 at the company's Fair Lakes campus in Fairfax, Va. The event gave the students an opportunity to interact with cutting-edge technologies, including networking demonstrations and Nortel's 18-wheel technology center, the NetworkXpress.

Photos by Suzi Frampton, Nortel PEC SolutionsCitrix Systems Inc. joined up with the Grevey Foundation Aug. 19 for the annual Life Skills Seminar & Summer Sports Camp, a charity event to give in-need youths of Fairfax County, Va., lessons in life and athletics. The skills-based basketball program also features business, community and sports leaders doing seminars on life skills, such as teamwork and ethics. The foundation is at Luther Jackson Middle School in Falls Church, Va.
