The transit authority wants an employee badge reader and a lightweight, compact black-box solution that can fit under a dashboard. The system should be able to gather information from disparate sources and aggregate it into a single data warehouse that can generate audit and collection leads to increase tax collection. It also should be able to establish data mining and selection criteria that would assist in audit selection and identify noncompliant taxpayers.
