SRA nabs Justice database management deal

SRA International Inc. has won a seven-year, $24.6 million contract from the Justice Department to provide database management systems and services to the U.S. Trustee Program.

SRA International Inc. has won a seven-year, $24.6 million contract from the Justice Department to provide database management systems and services to the U.S. Trustee Program, the company announced Monday.

Under the contract, SRA of Fairfax, Va., will the Trustee Program systems, including automated case management, Chapter 11 quarterly fees collection, criminal enforcement tracking and electronic case filing.

The services the company will provide include system design, development, administration and testing, database management, application support and information security.

The task order was awarded under the Justice Department's Information Technology Support Services-3 contract. SRA's partner on the project is Paradigm Solutions Corp., Rockville, Md.

The Trustee Program is the component of the Justice Department that enforces the nation's bankruptcy laws and regulations.

SRA, an IT services provider, has 3,800 employees and annual sales of $615.8 million. The company ranked No. 31 on Washington Technology 2004 Top 100 list, which measures federal contracting revenue.
