ManTech tackles Navy technical analysis work

ManTech International Corp. has won a $23 million contract from the Naval Air Systems Command to provide engineering and technical support services.

ManTech International Corp. has won a five-year, $23 million contract from the Naval Air Systems Command to provide engineering and technical services to support the Navy's air warfare mission.


Under the contract, ManTech of Fairfax, Va., will provide the Aircraft Division Warfare Analysis Department of the Naval Air Warfare Center with modeling, simulation and analysis services in everything from anti-air and antisurface warfare to command, control and communications.


The company will perform the work at the Naval Air Systems Command headquarters in Patuxent River, Md.


ManTech offers IT and technical services to the federal government. The company has more than 5,300 employees and annual sales of $701.6 million. The company ranks No. 22 on the Washington Technology Top 100 list, which measures federal prime contracting revenue.
