Contractors recognized for achievements

Three companies, four executives and a long-time major player in the government contracting industry were honored Wednesday night for their leadership and influence in the industry.
The Greater Washington Government Contractor Awards were announced last night at a banquet recognizing the industry's top contractors and executives. The awards are presented in partnership by Washington Technology magazine, the Professional Services Council and the Northern Virginia Government Contracting Council of the Fairfax, Va., Chamber of Commerce.
Recipients of the awards are:
Small Contractor of the Year (less than $75M annual revenue)
International Resources Group, Washington
Mid-Size Contractor of the Year ($75-$500M annual revenue)
Integic Corp., Chantilly, Va.
Large Contractor of the Year (greater than $500M annual revenue)
SRA International, Inc., Fairfax, Va.
Public Sector Partner of the Year
Timothy Beans, Chief Acquisition Officer, U.S. Agency for International Development
Small Contractor Executive of the Year (less than $75M annual revenue)
Sudhakar Shenoy, Information Management Consultants, Inc., Reston, Va.
Mid-Size Contractor Executive of the Year ($75-$500M annual revenue)
Rodney Hunt, RS Information Systems, Inc., McLean, Va.
Large Contractor Executive of the Year (greater than $500M annual revenue)
Stephen Rohleder, Accenture Ltd.
Dan Bannister, former president, CEO and chairman of DynCorp, was given the Hall of Fame Award to honor his career-long contributions to the government contracting industry and Washington community.
