Johnson retires from CACI

Ken Johnson, president of U.S. operations at CACI International Inc., will retire Nov. 1 to spend more time with his family. Chief Executive Officer Jack London will serve as acting president until a replacement is selected.

"Ken has done much to shape the future of CACI's U.S. operations," London said in a statement. "We wish him all the best for the future."

Johnson will consult for CACI through at least the middle of next year.
