Diebold deals for Antar-Com

	Integrated security and self-service delivery systems provider Diebold Inc. has acquired Antar-Com Inc., an electronic security systems integrator, for an undisclosed amount.

Integrated security and self-service delivery systems provider Diebold Inc. has acquired Antar-Com Inc., an electronic security systems integrator, for an undisclosed amount.

Adding Antar-Com of White Plains, N.Y., will let Diebold enhance its hardware and software capabilities with an integrated solution, a Diebold official said.

Antar-Com provides engineered security solutions to commercial, government and retail organizations and had 2003 revenue of about $27 million, according to Diebold, North Canton, Ohio.
