Contractors awarded SPAWAR contracts

Four companies will compete for $320 million in task orders under a four-year Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command contract awarded last week.

Anteon International Corp. of Fairfax, Va.; Booz Allen Hamilton Inc. of McLean, Va.; and Maxim System Inc. and Science Applications International Corp., both of San Diego, were each awarded an indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity multiple award contract for program management services.

They will compete for task orders under the contract.

Program management services that can be ordered under the contract will support the requirements, financial, business, contract and program management areas of the Program Executive Office for C4I and Space, according to an Aug. 6 announcement.

Work will be performed in San Diego and is expected to be completed by September 2008.
