	Science Applications International Corp. won a 10-year contract worth up to $600 million from the Defense Logistics Agency to serve as supply chain manager for spare parts for Navy and Marine Corps aircraft.

Science Applications International Corp. won a 10-year contract worth up to $600 million from the Defense Logistics Agency to serve as supply chain manager for spare parts for Navy and Marine Corps aircraft.

The contract is for three years at $150 million, with three option periods worth an estimated $450 million.

Under the Generation II Integrated Prime Vendor fixed-price contract, SAIC also will support the depot overhaul and maintenance of aircraft subassemblies, engines, ground support equipment, avionics equipment and other major items.

The program will be managed from SAIC's office in Springfield, Va.
