Wis. seeks assessment system

The state and local finance division of Wisconsin's Department of Revenue has issued requirements for an Integrated Property Assessment System.

The division is looking for an IPAS based on IBM Corp.'s DB2. All documents created should use IBM Websphere Java tools and Extensible Markup Language. A possible candidate, SLF suggests, is Adobe's smart documents, fill-in forms that generate XML to documents, Web services or databases. Request for information responses are due by Aug. 2.
