	In a cash and stock deal for an undisclosed amount, AccuPoll Inc. of Tustin, Calif., will acquire NTS Data Services Corp., a provider of voter registration applications and election support services. Scheduled to close by Aug. 30, the purchase of NTS Data Services Corp. of Niagara Falls, N.Y., adds voter registration and election services and various supplemental services, such as image conversion and election night reporting to AccuPoll's touch-screen electronic voting systems.
