Scorecard: Little e-gov progress

Only the State Department and the U.S. Agency for International Development improved their standing in the Office of Management and Budget's latest President's Management Agenda scorecard for January through March.

Scores of the other 24 agencies remained the same.

The PMA scorecard evaluates agencies' progress toward the administration's e-government goals in budget and performance integration, competitive sourcing, e-government, financial performance and human capital management.
