Advantor Systems Corp. won a contract worth more than $1 million to upgrade security at all Air Force Reserve command facilities in the United States.

Anteon International Corp., Fairfax, Va., won a five-year, $12.7 million contract to supply IT support services to the Defense Security Cooperation Agency.

Lockheed Martin Corp., Bethesda, Md., Northrop Grumman Corp., Los Angeles and Raytheon Co., Waltham, Mass., each won Air Force Milsatcom contracts worth $3 million, with options that could increase their value to $9 million. The contractors will determine requirements for a communications network for military, intelligence and space agencies.

Lockheed Martin also won two other contracts. One is a $700 million, nine-year contract from EPA to provide systems engineering services to EPA offices nationwide. The second is a $49.3 million contract from the British Defense Ministry to implement an electronic chart and navigation system.

ManTech International Corp., Fairfax, Va., won two contracts from the Homeland Security Department worth a combined $33.1 million. An $11.5 million contract is for program management and strategic planning. The other contract, worth about $21.6 million, is for IT infrastructure design, development and implementation.

Northrop Grumman won a $3.6 million contract from the Delaware Department of Health and Social Services' public health division to install a health surveillance system to improve reporting of potential public health threats.

Science Applications International Corp. won a five-year, $823.6 million contract from NASA's Marshall Space Flight Center to provide IT management support services.

Unisys Corp., Blue Bell, Pa., won a $10 million contract from the Transportation Security Administration to provide cellular phone services, through the Managed Services Wireless Personal Communications program, to agency employees at U.S. airports and TSA headquarters.

Xacta Corp., a subsidiary of Ashburn, Va.-based Telos Corp., got a $2 million, one-year follow-on contract to supply the Internal Revenue Service with certification and accreditation software.
