Stanley Associates Inc. of Alexandria, Va., has acquired Fuentez Systems Concepts Inc. of Charleston, S.C., the company announced today.

Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

The acquisition combines the advanced systems engineering, production, integration and command and control expertise of FSC with Stanley's network engineering, software and technical support capabilities.
