N.Y. PeopleSoft upgrade

	The State University of New York Upstate Medical University is planning an RFP for an application service provider to host its PeopleSoft general ledger application. The RFP is expected by the end of the year or in the first quarter of 2004. The hospital uses PeopleSoft general ledger application release 7.0 with PeopleTools version 7.0.132. The system has few modifications. Outside interfaces were developed to post transactions to the ledger only. The upgrade should be included in a service proposal.
