Anteon wins $20 million Navy contract

Under the contract, Anteon will provide engineering, research and analytical services to support Navy platforms, homeland security and environmental safety-related programs at facilities within the command's area of responsibility.

The command manages the planning, design and construction of shore facilities for Navy activities around the world. Its southwest division is the lead organization for addressing safety-related issues at Navy facilities.

Headquartered in Fairfax, Va., Anteon reported revenue of $826 million in 2002 and has about 7,400 employees. The company was ranked No. 14 on Washington Technology's 2003 Top 100 list.
