SAIC to buy Jullien Enterprises

Science Applications International Corp. has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Jullien Enterprises Ltd., Jullien announced. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

The transaction, which is expected to close in October, will combine the physical security and homeland security expertise of Chantilly, Va.-based Jullien with San Diego-based SAIC's global practice, providing information and technology solutions to government and large enterprise clients.

Following the acquisition, Jullien will become part of SAIC's Telecommunications Technology Group.
