CACI makes another deal

CACI International Inc. plans to buy C-Cubed Corp. for an undisclosed amount. The deal, which should close in October, strengthens Arlington, Va.-based CACI's command and control capabilities.

C-Cubed brings five lines of business: network enterprise solutions, systems integration, integrated logistics support, combat systems and deep submergence engineering. Customers include the Defense Department and intelligence agencies.

The Springfield, Va.-based company has about 400 employees and $49 million in revenue and $3.2 million in operating income for the year ended June 30.
