Accenture Ltd., Hamilton, Bermuda, won a $3.1 million contract to help Canada manage its immigration and citizenship programs.

Advanced Technology Systems Inc., McLean, Va., won a six-year, $9.1 million contract to provide managed information technology infrastructure operations and services to the Federal Housing Finance Board.

Affiliated Computer Services Inc., Dallas, won a five-year, $8.6 million contract from Louisiana to collect child support payments.

BearingPoint Inc. of McLean, Va., won a contract worth $17 million to analyze how well IT systems interoperate at four Navy supply systems.

DigitalNet Government Solutions Inc., Herndon, Va., won a three-year, $22 million contract from the FBI to provide information technology support services.

Electronic Data Systems Corp., Plano, Texas, won a Housing and Urban Development contract worth $860 million over 10 years to provide infrastructure and telecommunications services.

L-3 Communications Holdings Inc., New York, won a $70 million contract to build a next-generation tactical surveying system for the Army and the Marine Corps.  

Lockheed Martin Corp., Bethesda, Md., won a five-year, $82.8 million contract from the Naval Air Training Command to provide classroom and simulator-based training.

Northrop Grumman Corp., Los Angeles, won a 10-year, $100 million indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity contract to supply digital maps to Army commanders.

Qwest Communications International Inc., Denver, won a $200,000 a year contract to provide the Labor Department with network services. The open-ended contract has no specific termination date.

RS Information Systems Inc., Fairfax, Va., won a $48 million contract for information technology and science-related services at National Weather Service headquarters in Silver Spring, Md.

Science Applications International Corp., San Diego, won a 32-month, $37.4 million contract to design an integrated criminal history system for Florida.
