Accela Inc., Dublin, Calif., won a $4 million contract from Dade County, Fla., to provide software and support to the county's Department of Environmental Resources Management.

Affiliated Computer Services Inc., Dallas, won a five-year, $4.7 million contract from the Florida Transportation Department to operate the state's permitting office for oversize and overweight trucks.

AT&T Corp., Bedminster, N.J., won a five-year, $15.7 million contract extension to manage the State Department's National Passport Information Center in Dover, N.H.

BearingPoint Inc., McLean, Va., won a one-year, $9 million contract from the U.S. Agency for International Development to assist in rebuilding Iraq's economy.

Dynamics Research Corp., Andover, Mass., won a subcontract worth up to $70 million to provide training software and documentation for the Army's Future Combat Systems program.

General Dynamics Corp., Falls Church, Va., won a task order worth up to $77.5 million to support network engineering and integration tasks of the Air Force's 480th Intelligence Group at Langley Air Force Base, Va.

NCI Information Systems Inc., McLean, Va., won a six-year, $22.7 million subcontract to assist SRA International Inc. of Fairfax, Va., support the General Accounting Office's information technology infrastructure.

Northrop Grumman Corp. of Los Angeles and Titan Corp. of San Diego have each won contracts to support the Navy's Space and Naval Warfare Command. Titan's contract is worth up to $40 million for fleet services support. Northrop Grumman's deal is worth up to $22.5 million to support various SPAWAR systems.

SI International Inc. of Reston, Va, won a human resources support contract from the Army Military Personnel Services Center worth $13 million. 

Telos Corp., Ashburn, Va., won a five-year, $72 million deal to provide security solutions to the Defense Manpower Data Center. 

Tyler Technologies Inc., Dallas, won a $4.7 million contract from Fulton County, Ga., for an electronic property tax system.
